This is our current version. We review these terms as the site develops and will notify members of material changes.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Ibogaine Wiki. By creating an account you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Principles. If you do not accept all three, please do not create an account.

We record which version of each agreement you accepted and when. If we make a material change we will notify registered members and ask for acceptance of the revised version before continued use.

2. What this site is

Ibogaine Wiki is an open information resource about ibogaine and iboga. It has two areas:

• A public wiki that anyone may read and that registered members may edit, subject to review.

• The Ibogaine Network, a restricted area where verified members publish professional detail, connect with one another, and share material privately.

The site is an information platform. We are not a medical provider. We do not supply ibogaine or iboga in any form, we do not broker treatment, and we do not process payments for any product or service.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

One person, one account. Do not create additional accounts to circumvent a restriction, to influence a vote, rating, or review, or to appear as more than one person.

Verification of a work or university email address confirms control of that email address at that domain. It is not a statement by us about a person’s identity, qualifications, competence, or conduct.

4. Medical disclaimer

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Content is contributed by members of the public and is not reviewed by clinicians before publication.

Ibogaine is associated with serious cardiac risk, including fatal arrhythmia, and with risk of interaction with other substances and medications. It is a controlled substance in many jurisdictions. Deaths have occurred in treatment settings.

Do not use this site to make decisions about your health, treatment, or medication. Consult a qualified medical professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

We do not endorse, recommend, certify, or vouch for any clinic, practitioner, provider, product, or protocol described anywhere on this site. Listing does not imply approval.

5. Contributions and licensing

By contributing content to the public wiki you grant a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute that content, and you permit other members and readers to do the same. You retain copyright in your own work.

You confirm that you have the right to contribute what you contribute, and that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, breach a confidentiality obligation, or disclose another person’s private information.

Content you publish in the Ibogaine Network, including files you upload, is not covered by this licence and is shared only as described in the Privacy Policy and in your own sharing settings.

6. Reviews, ratings, and Trust Scores

6.1 Reviews are opinion

Reviews and ratings are the personal opinions of the members who post them. They are not our statements, we do not adopt them, and we do not verify them before publication.

6.2 What a review must be

• Based on your own genuine, first-hand experience.

• Honest and not knowingly false.

• Free of another person’s private or medical information.

6.3 What is prohibited

• Reviewing an organization you are connected to, work for, own, advise, or are compensated by.

• Reviewing a competitor of an organization you are connected to.

• Offering, requesting, or accepting anything of value in exchange for a review or rating.

• Coordinating reviews with others to influence a score.

• Posting a review in retaliation, or to harass, intimidate, or damage a person or business.

6.4 Trust Scores

A Trust Score is a composite figure generated from platform signals and member input. It is an aggregate of opinion and observable activity. It is not a certification, an accreditation, a safety rating, or a professional assessment, and it must not be relied on as one.

An organization may submit a correction or a public response to be displayed on its own page. We provide a dispute channel for organizations that believe a review breaches these Terms.

6.5 Our role

We do not routinely pre-screen reviews. We remove or restrict content that breaches these Terms when it is reported to us or identified by our systems, at our discretion. Removal is not an admission of any kind.

7. Conduct reports

Members may submit a confidential report about the conduct of a person or organization. Reports are reviewed by moderators. Reports are not published, are not visible to the subject, and are not a public accusation.

Where a report is upheld and a sanction is applied, a short factual entry is published to the public moderation log naming the account and the category of breach. The content of the report is never published.

Submitting a report you know to be false is itself a breach of these Terms.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use this site to:

• Offer, advertise, solicit, or arrange the sale or supply of ibogaine, iboga, or any controlled substance, including pricing, availability, or purchase links.

• Post another person’s private, medical, or identifying information without their consent.

• Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person or organization.

• Post content you do not have the right to post.

• Manipulate votes, ratings, reviews, standing, or search placement by any means.

• Post advertising, spam, or repetitive promotional content.

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract site content or member information without written permission.

• Circumvent access restrictions, security controls, or moderation decisions.

9. Moderation, suspension, and account removal

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate an account where these Terms or the Community Principles are breached. Serious breaches, in particular those involving a risk to safety, may result in immediate action without warning.

9.1 Persistence of contributions

This is an open, transparent, publicly editable resource. Contributions to the public wiki become part of a shared record and of the article history that other members rely on. Contributions therefore remain on the site after an account closes.

If you close your account, we will remove your profile from public view, remove your contact details, and replace your display name on past contributions with an anonymous identifier. The contributions themselves, and the record that an edit occurred, remain.

Content you published in the Ibogaine Network, including uploaded files and professional profile detail, is removed when your account closes.

10. Availability and warranties

The site is provided as it is and as available. We do not warrant that content is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any purpose, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, or for any decision made in reliance on content published here.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be notified to registered members, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Prior versions are retained and available on request.
